Canada Basketball and CBOC have announced that registration is now open for the 2025 National Officials Certification Program (NOCP) online workshops, available through Game Plan. These sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with no waitlists available. Officials are encouraged to register early to secure their spot.

To be eligible for the U15 Nationals, officials must complete the NOCP 3 online course.
To be eligible for the U17 Nationals, officials must complete their coursework, portfolio, and two successful on-floor evaluations.

This course is specifically designed for referees officiating at the CCAA and U SPORTS levels.
