The Manitoba Association of Basketball Officials and Basketball Manitoba offer officials clinics each fall. You need to be age 15 or older the get involved. All people need to attend an officials clinic each year to maintain their certification status. Costs start at just $23 which includes a full day clinic, whistle and insurance.
