Basketball Manitoba in partnership with MABO has set its Fall 2013 junior referee clinic dates for this September and October. The dates include September 28, 29 and October 5 & 6, 2013. All new and existing junior referees will be required to attend one of the all-day clinics this fall. The 4 clinics will be held in the Winnipeg area. The Junior Officials Development Program is designed to improve the overall level of officiating in the Junior High / Middle School & Minor basketball leagues.
