Participating MABO Officials will be wearing ‘Pink Whistles’ from February 1 – 14 to show their support during all levels of basketball in the province. As mentioned, we would love to surpass last year’s donation of $4,546.
We are pleased to report that 137 MABO officials have confirmed their donation and participation in this year’s campaign! We would like to thank the following officials associations/regions for their contribution:
- KPAC – 40 officials
- WWAC – 11 officials
- SCAC – 15 officials
- Winnipeg #1 – 15 officials
- Winnipeg Minor Basketball Association (WMBA) – 30 officials
- Westman (WBOA) – 9 officials
- Central (PBOA) – 9 officials
- Eastman - 8 officials
If you have missed the deadline and would still like to participate, please contact your Assignor to arrange for your pink whistle and lanyard – we have extras on hand!
PLEASE REMEMBER: MABO has approved the use of the Pink Whistle during ALL games from February 1-14, 2012 ONLY.
